Can I request a specific model?

Yes — from our 4 fixed models (Lila, Kate, Francesca, Marcela). We don't work with custom or client-supplied models — this keeps identity stable across every shoot and turnaround at 48h.

What if I don't like the result?

Every lookbook includes one free revision — swap the model, change the location, or replace any of the 5 shots. Extra revisions from €15 each.

Do I own the images?

Yes. Full commercial rights for your brand — use on your store, Instagram, ads, print, anywhere.

How do I send you my products?

Send existing product photos via a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) after we agree on the order. Any angle works.

What about specific poses?

Yes — from our library (200+ poses). Every lookbook = 5 shots: front · 3/4 · back · close-up front · close-up 3/4. You can pick each pose yourself via the step-by-step configurator, or let us match them to your product's style. Custom or client-supplied poses are not accepted.

How does payment work?

No prepayment required. We confirm the order details and complete the full lookbook within 2 working days. You'll receive one lookbook in full quality as a sample, plus watermarked previews of the rest. After payment we send the final high-quality files without watermarks.
